Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund
How To Request A Refund: Email us at support@shoptrovo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.
Refunds Under $40: For orders under $40 USD we will issue a full refund immediately with no need to return the item. We want the process to be as easy as possible for you.
Refunds Over $40: For orders over $40 USD please send a photo of the item showing the issue. We will then either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
